It is not only when we are judging and disapproving of others that we are not loving , it is also when we want to control situations and people. It is when we don’t feel safe, we feel threatened. All these are our programming, habits and stories that we hold onto instead of letting go.
The first step is to identify that we have these stories and decide to let them go, one by one. Eventually there will be no more stories and all that is left is….LOVE. Learning to love what you are, will then lead to loving where you are, which will lead to loving what you do and doing what you love.
You will see when you are loving, more love comes your way, with the people around you, the situations and much more. Yes! Love is the answer. Don’t take my word for it, prove it to yourself. The only way you can do is to make the decision to practice this.
You will learn it all starts with you, you will take responsibility for your life and love you and everything will fall into place.
I would like to leave you with a song by Colbie Caillat, this song is a beautiful reminder, to love yourself as you are!
Thank you for tuning in. Don’t forget to post a comment if you enjoyed reading this and feel free to share this with one person who may benefit from it.
