A lot of times life is about how we RELATE to something or someone, they become our relationships. Before we can look at our relationships to anyone and anything. We have to look at how we feel about ourselves.
It all starts with you. If you don’t like yourself. YOU WILL NEVER RESPECT AND LOVE YOURSELF and if you can’t do this for yourself, then how can you do it for others.

What do you see when you look in the mirror? Most people don’t like themselves and can’t even look at themselves in the mirror. So, if we don’t even like ourselves, how can we like, let alone love anyone else. A great exercise to do is to start to see what you think of yourself when you look at yourself in the mirror. Spend 5-10 minutes every day looking in the mirror and loving you. You simply say ‘I love you and state your name’. It may feel silly at the beginning but it is a very powerful exercise.

Using the strategies, you learn to start appreciating and loving yourself. When you start doing this, it creates an understanding, that if you don’t like yourself, you will never love yourself and you will never love another person. But when you do start loving yourself, you become a Love magnet. You can create loving relationships. Your outlook, judgments, everything changes. You can decide what type of relationships you would like to experience.
