Meditation, The Road to Freedom

Meditation is a part of the Homemade Therapy which is a series of what you can do at home to create wellness and wellbeing.

Meditation is the key to Silence. The saying “Silence is Golden” is so true.  When you get  in a state of quietness, you receive clarity which leads to conscious choice which in turn leads to FREEDOM. However, just because I talk about it does not necessarily mean you would absolutely know what I am talking about.  If I describe what swimming is, you will not know what it is without getting into the water and experiencing it.

In other words, you have to do it practically to really understand and experience the freedom I am talking about.

Everything is energy…

“Everything Is Energy and That’s All There Is To It. Match the Frequency of the Reality You Want.”

Albert Einstein

“Energy is the currency of the universe. When you “pay” attention to something, you buy that experience. So when you allow your consciousness to focus on someone or something that annoys you, you feed it your energy, and it reciprocates with the experience of being annoyed. Be selective in your focus because your attention feeds the energy of it and keeps it alive, not just within you, but in the collective consciousness as well.”

― Emily Maroutian, Thirty: A Collection of Personal Quotes, Advice, and Lessons

So if everything is energy, where does it all begin?  Basically it starts with a thought.  The more you think a thought, the more it becomes a belief unless you learn the art of letting it go. Sometimes our thoughts and feelings don’t serve us and it is this which can cause conflict and get stuck.  So what can we do? We learn to let go of our thoughts and feelings and become quiet via meditation.

HOW?

BREATHE AND SURRENDER TO WHAT IS

OBSERVE WHAT YOU ARE THINKING AND FEELING

MAKE THE CONSCIOUS CHOICE TO LET GO –

I LOVE YOU AND I THANK YOU

I LOVE AND I LET YOU GO

I LOVE YOU AND FORGIVE YOU.

It’s as simple as that.  You must practice. Start with 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening and practice doing this during the day.  Your thoughts and feelings will no longer control you but you control them.

Here’s a video to understand how meditation has inspired and empowered one of my students.

  1. Wonderful message. As with all of life it take effort to live fully, the key is what is fully? Mediation help you answer that question. The effort required is small compared to the results, so practice and achieve a life lived fully. Thank you for sharing this.🌹💐
