
Did you know there are 8 parts or limbs to yoga. These 8 limbs have really helped me to live my life. Here are some guidelines:
- How to breathe effectively. Oxygen is free so we might as well use it efficiently.
- How we talk to ourselves and to others. It has taught me to be kind and have compassion to myself and others.
- To eat and drink nourishing things for my body.
- Asanas or postures that are a great way to move my body, making it strong and flexible.
