I have been running Yoga Nidra and Meditation Class in my local gym and they have been so powerful and I have had incredible feedback. So now I want to take the in person class and provide an online experience that people can join all over the world.
So I have decided to run a class online. This is a FREE class will be held on Sunday mornings at 11.30 UK time.
