Sick and Tired OF Feeling Disconnected? Maybe This Will Help!

It’s important to feel connected.

To be connected to yourself means to be attentive and attuned to what is going on inside of you, and to know who you areTo know yourself is to love yourself, and to love yourself is everything. That means then you can be loving to others too.

To be connected to others is important too.Taking the time to listen to someone else and feeling real empathy for them. helping someone else out of unconditional goodwill. offering sincere gratitude to another and receiving gratitude from others. catching a stranger’s eye and both smiling.

It is important to feel connected. It is even more important to be aware of when you feel disconnected. It doesn’t feel good. It can feel like you havelow self-confidence, a harsh inner-voice, negative self-image, a pattern of dysfunctional relationships, lack of purpose in life, constant anxiety (whether underlying or fervent), unhealthy lifestyle, and emotional instability.  and there are things you can do.

When you recognise that this is going on, the first step to see it, Is to see it as it is, observe it and then you decide how you want to respond to it. You may even decide you actually want to disconnect with people and things that are not right for you.

Of course, if you haven’t been doing this it will take some practice. When you start doing this you will be able to make a choice that is right for you and you start feeling connected to yourself, in fact you feel connected to everything and everyone.

Yoga is a great way to help you feel connected. It encourages mental and physical relaxation, which helps reduce stress and anxiety.
