6 Simple Ways to Increase Your Flexibility
- Consider foam rolling.
- Perform dynamic rather than static stretching prior to activity.
- Perform static stretching after activity.
- Target your stretches to the areas that need it.
- Stretch frequently.
- Yoga is great to stretch out those muscles and have continuous flexibility
Being flexible maintains a healthy body and it’s good to incorporate it into a daily routine. I have a daily routine of yoga (breathwork, movement, meditation), eat nutritious foods and to walk outside everyday. This really has helped me be healthy in my mind and body.
