Mental Health according to the Oxford Dictionary:

A person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being:

“all this pressure seems to be affecting his mental health”

It’s important to take care of ourselves. When we do that we feel good and who doesn’t want to feel good. Find something that works for you.  Going for a walk, dancing to music for 5 minutes. Meditation is fantastic. 

When you feel Well then everything else will fall into place. You feel like to doing things, you have more energy. You have the Get Up and Go and so much more.
