For many years, I thought strength meant pushing through.

Staying capable. Staying composed. Staying “fine,” even when my body and mind were quietly asking for rest.

That belief was shaped early. As a child, I survived a serious illness doctors couldn’t explain. Later, I moved countries, grew up with financial uncertainty, and learned how to adapt quickly and carry responsibility young. When my father became terminally ill, I learned how to be present for someone else while putting my own needs last. Like many high-functioning people, I became very good at coping — and very disconnected from myself.

Years later, during burnout and hormonal changes, that way of living caught up with me. On the outside, I was doing everything right. Inside, my nervous system was exhausted. That was when yoga, meditation, and Yoga Nidra stopped being practices and became lifelines.

For nearly three decades now, I’ve supported people through stress, emotional overload, sleep challenges, and major life transitions using simple, grounded practices that work in real life.

My work blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding of the nervous system — not as theory, but as something you can feel in your body, day by day.

I don’t believe you are broken. I believe you are overstretched, overstimulated, and often unsupported.

When people feel safe in their bodies, clarity returns. Energy becomes sustainable. Calm becomes something you live with — not something you chase.

I approach this work with integrity shaped by both holistic training and a background in law and business. I don’t overpromise. I don’t rush people. I listen first.

My intention is simple: to help you feel steady, capable, and at home in yourself again.

Because when you reconnect with your own inner stability, everything else becomes possible.

I am a Wellness Ambassador, inspiring wellbeing through yoga and holistic therapies. To me, health is not a destination, but a journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery.
