Your calm and comforting voice quickly made me feel at ease and relaxed. So much, I started to switch off from thoughts and background noise.
 
The class re-charged me and allowed me to present in the moment. It made me realise, by taking just an hour out of my week it can help me emotionally and physically. As I left the studio, I felt lighter.
