    We’ll start with a Forward Fold. Breathe deeply as you rise up, and exhale fully as you fold down. This movement helps to wake up your body and increase blood flow.
  2. Warrior Pose
  3. Strengthen and ground yourself with this powerful pose, helping to build stability and focus while syncing with your breath.
  4. Toe Squat (or a Comfortable Position)
    Find a comfortable seated position, whether it’s a Toe Squat or another pose that suits you. This will ground you and prepare you for the next movements.
  5. Cactus Arms and Cat-Cow Poses
    Open your arms in a cactus shape and flow into Cat and Cow poses. These movements will open up your heart and chest, encouraging deep inhales and exhales to promote relaxation and release tension.

Throughout the practice, we’ll emphasize the importance of deep breathing. Inhaling deeply nourishes your body with oxygen, while exhaling deeply helps to release carbon dioxide and cleanse your system. This combination of breathwork and poses will leave you feeling refreshed and energised for the day ahead.
