n this class, you’ll enjoy gentle neck rolls, jaw relaxation, chest openers, and seated poses. We’ll guide you through butterfly movements, ankle rotations, soothing twists, and restorative poses like Happy Baby and Wide-Legged Child’s Pose. The session closes with a moment of calm and seated meditation.

This sequence is perfect for all levels and is ideal for unwinding after a long day. It offers a soothing stretch from head to toe, helping you relax and release tension throughout your body. Join us on the mat and experience the peace and ease of this gentle flow..

Tips for Your Practice

  • Find a quiet space: Whether you’re practicing at home or outdoors, make sure you have enough room to move freely and comfortably.
  • Use a yoga mat: A good mat provides cushioning for your joints and helps prevent slipping.
  • Stay mindful: Focus on your breath and body. If a pose feels uncomfortable, ease out of it and modify as needed. Yoga is about what feels good for you, not achieving a perfect posture.
  • Hydrate: Drink water before and after the session to stay hydrated.
