What to Expect

In this “Yoga for Focus and Clarity” session, you’ll start by standing at the top of your mat and gently moving side to side to stimulate circulation. You’ll then relax into a forward fold, hang and breathe deeply, and move through shoulder rolls and calf raises to release tension and enhance flexibility. The practice includes balance poses like the Tree Pose, which helps improve focus and stability. Finish with invigorating movements and deep breathing, followed by a moment of relaxation to appreciate the benefits of your practice.
