What to Expect
We’ll begin with deep breaths to relax and ease into gentle stretches. You’ll stretch up, reach to both sides, and do simple twists for the spine. Moving into tabletop, we’ll practice cat-cow, stretch the toes and wrists, and extend the legs one at a time. We’ll flow into puppy dog pose and downward dog, with a little movement to release tension. After a short break, we’ll return to downward dog and finish standing tall, with a warrior pose and gentle heel-toe movements.

This class is all about moving at your own pace, learning the foundations of yoga, and building a routine that suits your body. As a beginner, it’s essential to listen to your body’s cues and avoid pushing yourself too far too quickly.
