Last year I met some amazing individuals who are Beacons of Light, they bring light where it is dark. Their compassion to serve humanity inspired me.
Chloe Dreadz was such an individual. At 22 she began the journey of curiously exploring ‘self’. When she discovered yoga, it was an immediate love affair. In 2017 she launched a 20 hour Yoga for Teens teacher training. This course is for teachers, parents, yogis, or anyone interested in working with young people, as a platform to share everything she has learnt along the way to continue to spread the gift that is yoga to the next generation.
I attended the teacher training and I loved it. Having two children and a love for yoga myself, I wanted to learn how to bond the two together in my teaching children and also bring into my parenting. Her genuine care and compassion for humanity was very clear and empowered me even more in my motto “I aspire to inspire”.
Here is her interview, enjoy…
