Later, life brought more challenges—financial struggles and my father’s illness tested us deeply. But through it all, I found a way to cope, heal, and grow stronger.
That way was WELLNESS.
I turned to yoga to move my body and release stress. I discovered meditation to quiet my busy mind and connect with a deeper calm. I explored holistic therapies—like essential oils, breathwork, and nutrition—that helped me feel more balanced from the inside out.
These aren’t just practices. They’re gentle tools that support mental well-being, reduce stress, and bring clarity—even when life feels overwhelming.
