There was a time I felt like I had to hold everything together for everyone.

Like many of you, I thought being strong meant pushing through. Taking care of others. Ignoring my needs. Until my body—and spirit—said enough.

But this wasn’t the first time I faced overwhelm.

When I was four, I fell seriously ill. Doctors couldn’t explain it. My mother, desperate and faithful, prayed. That night, I had a vision of Sai Baba telling me I’d be okay. The next morning, I woke up covered in sacred ash—and I was healed. That moment stayed with me. It was my first glimpse of something deeper: healing begins within.

And yet, like so many, I grew up, got busy, and forgot.

If you’ve been stretched thin, chasing success, giving to everyone but yourself, I see you. But I want to gently remind you of this:

You don’t become your best self by doing more—you become your best self by becoming more you. Calm. Clear. Grounded. Empowered.
