Lets Talk Wellness….How to Make Progress!

Do you have something you are working on? Do you feel Stuck? Are you a procrastinator? Do you feel motivated?

I like to remember the reason WHY, I am doing something. It is something I feel strongly about? Is it really something I would like to create it because I truly love to. That is a good enough reason for me. I feel motivated to work towards something. I am not concerned about how long it will take or how I am going to get there. All I know is I will eventually get there. I didn’t always think like this. I was always in a hurry but now I have a lot patience because It makes me happy to work towards something amazing.

I always say I am Perfection and a Work In Progress at the same time. It’s important to remember that as long as you are working towards what you would like to create. That is the key.

Not feeling motivated or inspired?

Why is it important?

Inspiration awakens us to new possibilities by allowing us to transcend our ordinary experiences and limitations. Inspiration propels a person from apathy to possibility, and transforms the way we perceive our own capabilities. Inspiration may sometimes be overlooked because of its elusive nature. It’ important to find something or you can get struck and never move forward.
